Who we are

Founded in 2016 by Manda Graham and Mal Salisbury, Equal Vision is a social enterprise. We create inspiring and exciting cultural programmes in response to real issues such as rural isolation and social mobility. We believe that art has the power to enrich lives – raising aspirations, building stronger communities and breaking down barriers.

We work with  a network of artists and creative professionals to offer a range of services such as project management, fundraising and financial support as well as delivering our own projects.
